  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Celery
  • Mushrooms
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbs Plain Flour
  • 1 Cup Beef Stock
  • 1 1/3 Cup Beer, Wine or Extra Stock
  • Thyme, Rosemary, Bay Leaves
  • 2 Cups Polenta (1L Water)
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Butter
  • Veggies to accompany
